FEI paspoorten Exell vermist

The FEI passports of Australian four-in-hand driver Boyd Exell are mising. The runner-up of the CAI-A Lähden last weekend went to pick up his passports from the Show Office where they turned out to be lost.

Exell, die na een spannde strijd nipt tweede werd achter Chardon, kon geen kant op: "Ze hebben alles afgezocht, alle enveloppen van de andere deelnemers doorgekeken, maar mijn FEI paspoorten zaten er niet tussen. Ik heb de gok genomen en ben zonder paspoorten teruggegaan naar Engeland. Gelukkig was er vannacht geen controle bij de veerboot."

"They have checked everything and went through all the other horses’ passports, but my passports were not there. I decided to take the risk and leave for Great Britain without them. Luckily there was no check at the ferry in the middel of the night so I got to the UK without problems. But I do need them ofcourse for Kentucky."
