Lipica kandidaat voor WK pony’s 2011
Lipica in Slovenia has put in an application with the FEI to host the 2011 World Pony Driving Championships! After the successful 2009 edition in Greven-Bockholt, Germany, several possible candidates were approached, amongst which the young OC of Giethmen in The Netherlands, but no bids were put in.The Lipica Stud would like to host the World Championships from 22 to 25 September 2011. This year, Lipica organises their regular CAI-A for singles, pairs and four-in-hands, horses and ponies from 30 September to 3 October.
The Slovenian National Federation and the Lipica Stud are currently preparing a special presentation for the FEI Driving Committee meeting in May in Windsor to support their candidacy.
Stoeterij Lipica wil het WK organiseren van 22 tot en met 25 september 2011. Dit jaar organiseert Lipica van 30 september tot en met 3 oktober een CAI-A voor enkel-, twee-en vierspannen, paarden en pony’s.
De Sloveense Hippische Sportfederatie en Stoeterij Lipica bereiden momenteel een presentatie voor aan de FEI Driving Committee om hun kandidatuur te ondersteunen. Deze technische mencommissie van de FEI komt in mei tijdens het CAI-A in Windsor bijeen.
