Kronenberg candidate for 2021 Pair World Championships

The organization behind the international driving competition in Kronenberg (formerly Horst aan de Maas) has put itself forward as a candidate for the 2021 Pair World Championships.

Kronenberg is already set to host the Single Horse World Champioships in 2018 and the Four-in-hand World Championships in 2020.

At the moment there are no other candidates for the 2021 Pair World Championships. The FEI will make the final decision in the spring of 2018 as to where it will be awarded. If successful, this would be the first time in the history of the driving sport that a World Championhsip for pair horses will be organized in The Netherlands.

The next Pair Horse World Championship will take place in 2019 in Drebkau, Germany.
