CAIO Baborówko 2023: Anna Sandmann and Boyd Exell in the lead

The Baborówko Driving Show kicked off today with the dressage. Anna Sandmann took the lead in the Horse Pairs class, while Boyd Exell leads the Horse Fours.

Anna Sandmann left the arena with a winning score of 47.17 points, ahead of her compatriot Lars Schwitte and USA’s Jacob Arnold. Best Polish competitor was the reigning Polish Champion Weronika Kwiatek on the fifth place. This puts Germany in the lead of the Nations competition, ahead of Poland and Sweden.
“I like the competition very much. It is a world-class event, polished down to the smallest detail,” says Weronika Kwiatek.

Boyd Exell drove his team to the first place in dressage with a score of 40,25 and is followed by Christoph Sandmann and Zoltan Lazar from Hungary.

With Tor van den Berge’s fifth place in dressage, Australia is leading the nations competition, followed by Germany and Hungary.
