EC Youth: German podium in Young Drivers dressage
The German drivers also dominated the second day of the FEI European Youth Driving Championships in Ksziaz, Poland. German competitors took the complete podium in the Young Drivers class.
The second dressage day started with sunshine and lower temperatures. The Young Drivers drove FEI test 4a in the nice arena on the site of the state stud farm. The class consisted of single ponies as well as single horses and a pony pair, driven by Zsófia Kovács.

Both German drivers Katharina Weber (42.30) and Jovanca Maria Kessler (42,37) were a class of their own. Third placed German driver Marcella Meinecke (46.96) completed the podium. Home driver Marcin Kilanczyk finished fourth, ahead of Italy’s Mirko Casotti. German driver Timo Eitzmann was the best pony driver on the sixth place and Zsófia Kovács drove her pair to the ninth position.

The CAI3* dressage was won by home driver Weronika Kwiatek, ahead of her brother Bartlomiej and the Dutch guest Rudolf Pestman.
