Izsák: two horses out
Two out of the 174 horses that were presented at the horse inspection this morning at the FEI European four-in-hand driving Championships in Izsák received the sign ‘not fit to compete’.
The 8-year-old gelding Ello of Austrian team member Ewald Wurm and the 10-year-old stallion Vili of Hungarian individual driver Ferenc Galbacs did not pass the horse inspection.
The Championships take place just outside the village of Izsák. The show grounds are in perfect condition and the sunny weather contributes to the nice and relaxed atmosphere in Izsák where the official opening will take place this afternoon at 16.00 hrs.
The draw will take place before the opening after which the order for the dressage competition will be announced. The dressage on Friday will start one hour later, at 09.00 instead of 08.00 hrs.
