Koos de Ronde new owner De Ronde Stables
De Ronde Stables in Zwartewaal, the Netherlands, has a new owner. From January 1st, Koos de Ronde has taken over the business from his father Piet.
The family business De Ronde Stables was founded in 2006 and offers, besides the four-in-hand driving activities of Piet de Ronde and his sons Koos and Peter, room for 120 horses as well as a professional livery stable. Also training of horses, breaking them into harness and organising competitions belong to the main activities of the business.
De Ronde senior has now handed over the managament of the stables to his eldest son Koos. Piet de Ronde lives next to the stables and will continue to work in the stables: "I have mixed feelings, of course, but I am thankful for the fact that Koos can and wants to take over the business in this time," says Piet de Ronde.
