Lipica: 4 horses not fit to compete

A total of four horses received the sign ‘not fit to compete’ at the horse inspection of the CAI-A in Lipica. Slovenia. Over 80 horses were presented by the judges and the veterinarians.

Thirty-seven competitors will start on the beautiful and sunny site of Stud Farm Leica, the successful organisers of the 2011 FEI World Pony Driving Championships.
The dressage will start on Friday 5 July in the main stadium. The competitors can expect a nice marathon on Saturday 6 July with seven challenging obstacles, designed by World Championship course designer Gábor Fintha from Hungary. The main stadium will be the decor again for the final obstacle driving competition on Sunday 7 July.
