Luhmühlen: Philipp Faisst in the lead
The marathon was won by the 20-year old Jessica Wächter who competed with Dreamgirl, the 6-year-old mare of Marie Tischer. The 14-year-old Tischer had put the mare at Wächter's disposal because she was not allowed yet to compete in Luhmühlen. Marie Tischer won the German Youth Driving Championships earlier this year with Dreamgirl.
Sara Simmons put down the best British performance in the marathon, taking the 15th place. Simmons is now lying 28th in the standings in which Sonny Hillier is the best British competitor on the 14th place.
