Mezőhegyes: Arie Dibbits wins first qualification with highest score
Today was the second qualification day for the final of the combined dressage competition for the 5 and 6-year-old horses at the first FEI World Driving Championships for Young Horses in Mezőhegyes. Four horses from the 5-year-old and seven horses from the 6-year-old category are qualified for the final of the combined dressage competition. Horses which received a score higher than 6,00 penalty points from the Ground Jury could go on to the final. Germany's Jovanca Marie Kessler and Enfado P got 8,06 penalty points, which meant that she is qualified on the first place for the final of the 5-year-old horses. German driver Claus Quast and his Hannoverian horse Partitur 7 won the qualification of the 6-year-old horses.
Arie Dibbits (NED), with his KWPN horse Dynamo, is on the first place after the first qualification of the combined dressage competition for the 7-year-old horses with a score of 8,63. The second qualification takes place tomorrow.
