Pau: Organisation introduces nations’ obstacle

A very nice and original initiative of the OC of the FEI World Pony Driving Championships in Pau, France, from 30 October to 3 November: every competing nation has been asked to make a creative contribution to the nations’ obstacle.

The OC had the possibility to decorate the cubes in one of the eight marathon obstacles with a huge quantity of flowers, but decided it would be more original to offer each nation the opportunity to decorate its cube with something representing their country.

The decorative elements will have to respect the FEI regulations to avoid any problems to the proper conduct of the competition and must be approved by the Technical Delegate and the Course Designer.
A special prize will be awarded to the nation with the best decoration.
