Promotion for Houterman, Medina and Wentein

After the FEI Course in Ermelo at the start of this year, several FEI Technical Delegates were nominated for promotion by their respective National Federations. It was announced yesterday that Jeroen Houterman (NED), Joaquin Medina Garcia (ESP) and Mark Wentein (BEL) were promoted to the highest level, level 4.

This means, that they are now allowed to be Technical Delegate at European-and World Championships which do not take place in their home country.
