Starting places available at the CAIO Pau
The CAIO for horse teams in Pau, France, takes place from 21 to 25 October. This well-organised event, which is held at the same time as the well-known CCI 4* in Pau, still has several starting places available!The competition in Pau, which successfully hosted the 2013 FEI World Pony Driving Championships, will count towards the Qualification for the 2016-2017 FEI World Cup ™ Driving as the 2015-2016 season is already completed. The competition hosts the CAIO**** H4 class with a budget of €20.000 in prize money. The competitors who complete the competition but who have not won prize money, will be refunded their entry fee. As an extra, the winner will receive two air tickets to a destination of choice in the Caribbean!
Dressage and cones will take place on the exceptional all weather footing in the main arena and new marathon obstacles are going to be built to offer a 4- star marathon for spectators and competitors. World Championship Course Designer Christian Iseli is responsible for the courses. The Ground Jury President is Hanspeter Rüschlin.
