ESSA Driving Cup celebrates premiere at Kladruby nad Labem
The driving series of the European State Studs started as part of the international driving event at the Czech National Stud Kladruby nad Labem from April 16th to 19th. 18 pairs of six countries collected points for the five parts of the series. Winner at Kladruby and therefore current leader of the ESSA Driving Cup is Sandro Koalik from Germany with his KWPN-horses.In second position is the Czech driver Martin Gössel with two Lipzzaners of the Pluto-Line. Zoltán Nyúl representing Hungary is in third position followed by Josef Hrouda from the Czech Republic. A special highlight from stud perspective is the fifth rank of Miroslav Matúška, who presented Lipizzaners of the Slovakian National Stud Topol’?ianky. The next event of the ESSA Driving Cup will take place there from May 29th to 31st. Further competitions of the series are Lipica (Slovenia) from Juli 2nd to 7th, Mezöhegyes (Hungary) from July 16th to 19th and finally Piber (Austria) from August 6th to 9th. The three best final results of all competitors of the individual competitions will be added. In connection with the final prize giving ceremony at the CAI Piber the three pairs with the best total result will be honoured. The winning pair will receive the ESSA Driving Cup 2015.
