Horse First win Exporter of the year Award

Horse First have won the hotly contested “Exporter of the Year Award” Sponsored by InvestNI at the Greater Newry Business Awards.

Tanya Hughes, Company Director, who accepted the award for Horse First, said “ It’s wonderful recognition for all the hard work we do. Horse First have been selling top class Equine Supplements for just over 5 years now, and at this stage of the company’s growth, to have been nominated never mind winning, has been a great achievement. We have a fantastic team, loyal customers and we are proud that our products are currently exported to over 32 Countries.”

The Awards, celebrated the very best that the Greater Newry Area business community has to offer and profiled the exceptionally high standard of business leadership, ambition, entrepreneurship and innovativeness which has become synonymous with this region.

This is the only category of the night where the judges really were challenged on selecting one outright winner and have awarded joint winners. They did so because two companies showed fantastic export results on two very different scales small and large.
