Gerald Rössler, Jozsef Dibak en het Oostenrijkse team winnen in Piber
On the final day of the international driving event and Danube Alp Cup in Piber, Gerald Rössler and Jozsef Dibak kept their lead and won the overall competition. None of the sixty-eight drivers could stay clear in the final obstacle driving competition where the deep ground and the challenging course by Christian Iseli set the drivers a difficult task. Austria won the team classification on home soil at the National Stud Farm in Piber, ahead of a strong performing Hungarian team and the Swiss team on the third place.Besides the CAI3* competition and the Danube Alp Cup, the Lipizzaner Cup was also presented in Piber last weekend to the drivers competing only with Lipizzaner horses. Slovenian driver Miha Tavcar won this prize ahead of Tibor Nagy jr. (HUN) and Gergö Rákóczi (ROU).
